- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship almost everywhere in the world. If you should have any doubts regarding shipping to your area, please feel free to contact us and we will answer as soon as possible.
- How do shipping rates work?
Shipping is calculated as a round up to offer the best possibilities for most countries. We are working on ways to lower the shipping rates for our customers, since we are small designer brand based in Spain. You will soon notice the change!
- How long must we wait to receive the parcel?
For our European customers, please allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. For our customers from the USA and others please allow 7 to 14 days.
- Can I request urgent shipping?
Yes, if you wish to have your parcel deliverd urgently, please email us and we will adapt shipping rates and inform you prior to ordering..
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
